Conference on Preventing and
Combating Trafficking in Human Beings
The
International Organization for Migration (IOM), in co-operation
with the European Commission (EC), European Parliament (EP)
and EU Member States and Candidate Countries, will jointly
organize a Conference addressing the issues of Preventing
and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings with Particular
Focus on Enhancing Co-operation in the Process to Enlarge
the European Union. This Conference is organized in the framework
of the European Commission DG Justice and Home Affairs's STOP
Program, and under the responsibility of Commissioner Antonio
Vitorino.
